There is no return policy and about the refund are as follows - iDayNyt allow a refund of used credits back in case of customer has not viewed your profile in 72 hours of your acceptance of Lead and customer cancel the request without viewing your profile. No Refund is initiated if customer has viewed profile.

About Return-

iDayNyt offers a ‘15days free return service’. Within 15 days of order delivery as long as it is unused or in a good condition. If you are unable to raise a return request it may be because you r has crossed 15 days return window.

Also, as per iDayNyt policy, the following products are not eligible for returns.

  1. Inner wear, Lingerie, Swimsuits, Socks
  2. Fragrances, Beauty Products
  3. Anklets, Bangles, Earrings, Bracelets, Brooches, Pendants, Necklaces and Rings
  4. Bundled items

How to return-

For non-quality related reason of return, you can raise a request to return your items with these simple steps:-

  3. Click on “Return” against the item you want to return.
  4. Fill in the details and submit a return request.

After submitting a return request you will seal the detailed instruction regarding how to courier It back to us and get the refund.
